How Do I Submit a Lead?
Complete the Referral Form below. We will contact you for a current W9 then you can start sending us leads. That's all you need to do. We close the sale, and when your referral becomes an Metrofuser client. Call us at 888-387-3771 Ext 107 with your lead information or to sign up to be a partner.
Note
Three months of Metrofuser invoices must be paid before the final referral payment will be processed to the referrer. If the referrer stops purchasing in less than three months, the referral payment will be nullified. Employees, friends and family of Metrofuser do not qualify for the program. The referral must purchase an average of $1000 or more in "re-manufactured" parts within a 3 month period. The referral must be a new customer and not have purchased from Metrofuser in the last six months. A minimum monthly average purchase amount of $1,500 is required.
